Highclere Castle is home to Highclere Stud where the Queen keeps some of her beloved horses :) I think we saw a few...but only from a distance. This was also taken from Beacon Hill...for a little English heritage info on that, see the deviation 'View From The Top' :)

gorgeous. will those trees change colors later in the fall? that would be a great shot if they do. i sometimes miss a great shot by being too early or too late to catch nature at her best, but that is the way it is. very nice photo.

They're already starting to turn, in fact driving home I saw several lanes and small roads with orange and red leaves covering them, but yes they will go a more deeper red and orange...mixed with browns and yellows :)
