Hogwash

i like this photograph. the masts and cables give it a sense of tall perspective and the angles produced give a geometric feel to the shot. the sun behind the mast overwhelms the unimportant color of the masts and cables accentuating the lines which are the highlight of this shot. although busy, the amount of geometric lines does not overwhelm and confuse, it seems to be the perfect amount of mathematical information. it is still pleasing to the eye in an artistic sense, a combination of art and science. the focus is perfect, the cables separate and distinct even when they converge. very nice composition, the combination of geometry and art.
