I really like this! There's a nice contrast between the peg in the foreground and the bokeh in the background which compliments one and the other quite nicely. My only criticism would be the qhites in the corners. They seem to cut your image off a little and in my vision as I'm looking straight at it - your image doesn't feel as square as it could be. I think that's just a case of framing and maybe playing around with a little crop though.
Other than that I like it, the slightly off centre placement of the peg works nicely and overall nice job! Good luck with the contest.
