Life - as I know it right now!
So I've spent the last week loading an array of journals into your inbox's and generally attacking you with all things ^
Kaz-D Hopefully that will calm down now - and then I suddenly thought, with all these articles and bits of news and such I've been quite impersonal. Let's have a bit of life to counteract that! Firstly on the topic of name changes - I'm not going to change mine, not now or ever. So rest assured Kaz-Dizzle won't be appearing any time soon. (Although I did threaten it to the CV team).
I was surprised at how quickly some people changed their names. There were the obvious changes, such as adding or removing dashes or capitalization which in some respects makes sense. But there were others who just discarded their old name after 5 or 6 years of wearing it and took something completely different. I don't have a very good visual memory, or memory in fact, so anyone who did those changes is likely to drop off my radar a bit as I won't recognise you by avatar. Did you change your name? If so why? I'm intrigued to know...
i am glad you are keeping your name, it's a great name, easy to remember and spell, i wont be changing mine either, had it for 8 years!
congrats for the top secret stuff
haha best not to put your personal facebook on here, i am very tempted to come add you but will look like i am stalking you
can't wait to see the rest of your 365 day challenge, going great so far
as for my world, i am determined to have a few days off from baking! gone crazy baking 3-4 times a week lately so going to try have a little break and write some baking tips, maybe photography tips for food for beginners as i am always getting questions on both but i'm not very knowledgeable on the latter so much so we will see how it goes.
I'm studying with the Open Uni - a degree in social policy with criminology - so it continues throughout the Summer and starts up again in October :< But I don't mind that much, i like learning, I'm weird, so if it stopped over the summer I would probably shell out expense to study something else
Ah Open Uni, didn't think about that, i would consider doing something like that or a college course for photography and food once my kids are at school, my youngest is only 2 so it will be another two years yet before i get more time on my hands. I like to learn too, i get bored very easily, i can't sit around for very long so when i am i am always thinking of new ideas of things to bake and photograph.
I don't blog my creations, i tried it for a few months but everyone knows and follows me on here so didn't bother with the blog, plus doing everything twice took too much time. Hehe talking of time, you may have already noticed but i get up very early! the past week about 4am, my youngest gets up around 5-5:30 so if i wake up first i like to get up and get as much done on the laptop before they get up. Also what else is there to do at such a silly hour? so i bake and try and get it all done and photographed before we need to get other things done.
Yes that's the only thing, having the time to do it. I'm lucky as I don't have other commitments other than work, so I can get stuck in, but I know that many of those with young children do struggle to keep up sometimes
