Here's a bit of background information for you... The earliest archaeological finds of peas date from the neolithic era of current Syria, Turkey and Jordan. The annual 'Peasenhall Pea Festival' in Suffolk, England, attracts hundreds of (weird) visitors every year. It includes events such as pea shooting, the World Pea Podding Championships and National Pea Eating Competition. What does a pea follower call themselves? I'll leave that to your imagination!
