A Photographer in New York has built 'sets' on sidewalks using discarded furniture. Once he's finished he leaves everything as it was and moves on, letting members of the public enjoy his creations. The full article is here - but my question to you this month is "How on earth do people get inspired to take up such projects?" What do you find inspires you to think outside the box in terms of your photography? Do you think outside the box? Or are you like me, and just let the photographic opportunities find you? Search Instagram for #setinthestreet to find the images posted by members of the public!
TylerFortierPhoto recently posted an article asking if Will BPG replace JPG? It's a huge question, and online research shows that people don't actually know yet - it will be a big operation if BPG does take over with lots of work and input required from software giants such as Adobe. So what do you think? Will it replace JPG or is there still a place in the amateur market for JPG to exist?

BREAK!! +Calendars Wooo!
Final exams are done for the semester, which means I get to enjoy a couple weeks off of school and can focus on photos and just plain relaxing. Not all of the final grades are in yet, but it was a pretty successful semester Finished Graphic Design 3 with the "best" project in class and made some really great connections in the local design community. Got to utilize my photography plenty in the creation of our "Nature's Nectar" brand throughout the semester, which was really rewarding. Have a whole new healthy respect (and a slight obsession) with the world of type thanks to my typography class. Just have to knock out Graphic Design Studio next semester (along with a few other classes to meet credit requirements) and I'll have my BFA in Graphic Design! [Boogie!]
Let's see, it's December... 22nd! And only a handful of days left in my 365 Project: 2014 [Phew!] Hopeful
