April Update ~ We've just hit 4,000 points. That's incredible! Thank you to everyone who has donated, it means a lot. My Grandmother has always loved her garden, her flowers, her sewing and all things beautiful. It's her Birthday today, and I took her the prettiest card I could find, with a huge barrel of flowers and some other bits and pieces. She loved it all. But she's facing a very scary prospect. She could potentially lose the sight in her eyes any day now, due to something called Macular Degeneration. She's on the waiting list for an appointment so that she can get started with some treatment, and we hope that will come through within the next few months, because that's the maximum the Dr says she has before she won't be able to see.

Sight is a very precious thing, if you're reading this, and gazing at the artwork on deviantART, it's because you have your sight. Maybe it's not as good as it could be, maybe it's deteriorated with age, maybe you even have this very same thing that my Grandmother has - but right now, you're seeing. And what a gift it is.

So why am I writing all of this? I'm keen to do something. Not only has it made me treasure my vision even more, but I want to do something with visual things, to try and raise some money for the Macular Society - which by the way, is based in my very town, so it's something close both in heart and in location. I'm selling as many of my prints as I can - and half the price of each sale will be going to the Macular Society. That includes postage too. Please see below for examples of all the things for sale (and remember you can request anything in my gallery too.)

You know you want one! And at a fairly reasonable price too with HALF the proceeds going to charity. All prints are mounted on stiff framed cream card with a matching border around the edge. They are all nicely wrapped in display packages, as you can see in the image, and have a label on the reverse stating the title and further details.

I accept payment in the form of Cheque (UK), Postal Orders or Paypal transfers. Payment must have cleared before stock will be sent out.
