Over the past few months, even years, projecteducate has changed dramatically to ensure that more and more people get the chance to participate - and to ensure that we're bringing you fresh, up to date information. So this brief journal is to let you know exactly how projecteducate works - and exactly how you can now get involved. There's a TL;DR version at the bottom if the text walls are too much ;)

Firstly, check out the Calendar for the current schedule right up until the end of the year. If you see something there that you'd like to participate in, either note projecteducate or the specific Community Volunteer listed as being involved with the week.

Community Volunteer Weeks

Community Volunteers sign up to take a specific week on that focuses on an area of their expertise. Most of the time, this links in with the area that they volunteer in. But not always! Generally articles are brought to you from the CVs, but occasionally members of the community contribute. If you see a week coming up that you'd like to write for, just contact the CV leading it!

Artists Toolbox Weeks

You can find out the finer details of the Artist Toolbox weeks right here. The Artists Toolbox is a fairly new concept brought about by moonbeam13 and brings you a week of articles focusing on specific tools. That can be anything from Origami tools to Camera tools! This week is primarily led by Community Volunteers but most definitely encourages members of the wider dA community to get involved too! If it intrigues you, check out the blog and get in touch!

Community Weeks

These weeks have been running for some time now, on a monthly basis. With the introduction of Artist Toolbox weeks we've made a collective decision to make these bi-monthly occurence. Do not fear! There will still be plenty of articles and plenty of chances to get involved. Community Weeks give you a chance to find an article on your favourite topic, they don't focus on purely one art genre! It's also a chance for you to share your knowledge if you have some about a specific art form. For more information and to get involved check out this blog.

TL;DR? Well in a nutshell, projecteducate weeks are precisely organised chaos...
